To value your company, we need at least 2 years of full financial accounts. These can be submitted via secure file transfer. We can analyze completed & filed accounts, management accounts or financial forecast data.
Is the service confidential?

Yes. We take confidentiality very serious and will only correspond with you or designated individuals. We have pre-prepared NDA's to sign or are happy to sign any you have. We will refer to your report in a discreet manner.

What if I don't agree with the valuation?

All valuations are subjective and the only way to realise it's actual value is to sell it. However, your designated Valuation Specialist is on hand (during office hours) to discuss your valuation and to take your feedback into account.
